Recruitment Opportunities at R A Butler Primary Academy

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our superb team of support staff. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and bright individual to work with the wonderful children in our school. This post will be specifically working with children with Special Educational Needs.

Teaching Assistant SEND Support in the Infant School

Start: September 2026
Salary: Scale 3 £25,989 to £26,403 (actual salary £20323.48-£20,647.23
39 weeks per year (term time plus INSET days) 
Fixed-term contract until July 2027 in the first instance
Full-time role 33.75 hours 8.30am-3.45pm Monday to Friday (job share could be considered)

We are also offering some part-time roles (either mornings/afternoons only OR 2/3 days a week). Please state on your application form which post you are interested in.
