family & early help offer
At R A Butler Academy, we believe that children thrive when schools and families work together in strong, supportive partnerships. We are committed to ensuring that every family can access the right help, at the right time, to support their child's wellbeing, development, and success.
Our Family and Early Help Offer sets out the range of support available to children, parents, and carers within our school community. This includes universal support available to all families, targeted support for those who may need additional help, and access to specialist services through referrals and signposting where appropriate.
We recognise that all families face challenges from time to time. Whether you need advice, practical support, someone to talk to, or help accessing external services, we are here to listen and work alongside you. Early support can often prevent small concerns from becoming bigger difficulties, and we encourage families to seek help whenever it is needed.
The infographic below provides an overview of the support available through our Early Help Offer and demonstrates our commitment to early identification, timely intervention, and strong partnerships with families.
Together, we can ensure every child and family has the support they need to flourish.
